Demolition & Site Prep

1–2 Days. Quick but messy.

Rough-in (Plumbing/Electrical)

3–5 Days. Moving pipes or wires for the new layout.

Inspection (Rough-in)

1–5 Days. Scheduling the city inspector is out of the contractor's control and can cause a brief pause.

Drywall, Insulation, Cement Board

3–4 Days. Getting the walls ready for finishes.

Waterproofing & Tile

5–10 Days. Tiling is detail-oriented and includes cure time for thinset/grout. This cannot be rushed.

Installations & Finishes

4–7 Days. Installing the vanity, toilet, lights, trim, paint, and shower glass.

Final Inspection & Punch List

1–5 Days. The final review and fix-up of small details.
